Maximum Occupancy:
- Pool Villa – 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old.
- Junior Suite – 3 adults (extra bed compulsory) or 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old (extra bed compulsory)
- Family Suite – 5 adults (extra bed compulsory) + 1 child or 4 adults & 2 children under 12 years old (extra bed compulsory)
Children Policy:
- 0 – 4 years old FREE stay with no extra bed (baby cot is provided FREE)
- 5 – 12 years old: 50% discount for extra bed
- 12 years old: adult rate applies
Breakfast Inclusive Policy:
If breakfast is included in your room rate, please note that the number of complimentary breakfast accorded per room per day are based on the following:
- Pool Villa – breakfast for 2 persons
- Suite Room – breakfast for 2 persons
- Family Suite Room – breakfast for 4 persons
PAYMENT TERMS:
For Online Booking, 30% of the total room charge will be charged toyour credit card upon reservation confirmation. This percentage mount may vary with certain promotions.
AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION CHARGES:
- THB 220 net per car per way (max. 2 persons)
- THB 300 net per van per way (from 3 persons – max. 8 persons)
CANCELLATION POLICY:
High Season – (11 Jan 2011 – 28 Feb 2011 and 1 Nov 2011 – 20 Dec 2011)
- 50% of one room night will be charged to your credit card for cancellation made 14 – 8 days prior to arrival date.
- 100% of one room night will be charged to your credit card for cancellation made 7 days or less prior to arrival date
Peak Season – (21 Dec 2011 – 10 Jan 2012)
- 100% of total room charge will be charged to your credit card for cancellation made 10 days or less prior to arrival date.
- 100% of one room night will be charged to your credit card for cancellation made 20 – 11 days prior to arrival date.
- 50% of one room night will be charged to your credit card for cancellation made 30 – 21 days prior to arrival date.
Low Season – ( 1 Mar 2011 – 31 Oct 2011)
- 50% of one room night will be charged to your credit card for cancellation made 7 – 1 day prior to arrival date.
- 100% of one room night will be charged to your credit card for cancellation made on day of arrival or in event of a no-show.
